Simple. Intuitive. Music creation has to be.
#foundryfriday has come again. Well, it's Friday somewhere.
This month, you got a Glock. I know right, and you thought you didn't need one. As is usually the format, we tend to embed a video below. We found this video of two blokes banging on a couple of Glocks, because, somewhere at some point in time, these two men decided that being able to master a GLOCKENSPIEL, was a good idea... Let that sink in.
Seriously though, how cool are ^^^ these guys ^^^. Love it.
So why is it called 'closet glock'. That's a good question, glad you asked. When I asked resident sample maestro Stevie C where the samples came from, his reply was:
"I recorded the samples using my Tascam DR-07 in my walk in wardrobe. None of this Neve Custom 75 to tape nonsense. Keep it real."
Can't complain, it's free. But more importantly, it sounds pretty good. You don't need megabucks $$$ worth of equipment, all the time, just most of the time. We put a ghost button in the middle of it.
Not going to tell you what it does though. You'll have to download it.
Enjoy, The Sonus Team.
The Sonus Instruments Closet Glock requires the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt version 5.8 to function and internet access in order to download the instrument. The downloads are not available on a hard drive.
